Mimi's Bees started as a beekeeping operation but has followed a natural progression into production of wonderful bath and body products. Our all natural raw unfiltered honey is the best around. Mimi uses beeswax from her hives to make wonderful lip balms, lotions and lotion sticks.
Mimi's motto remains,'Save the Bees Save the Planet'.
Saturday July 24th from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM and Sunday July 25th from 10:00 AM til 3:00 PM, Mimi will be at the brand new farmers market in Addison. The new market is called Village on the Parkway and is located 5100 Belt Line Rd on the former Bed, Bath & Beyond's parking lot at the southeast corner of the intersection of Belt Line Rd and Dallas Parkway (Dallas North Tollway).
Mimi's products were wildly successful at last year's The State Fair of Texas. Her products were sold in the Texas Monthly Mercantile in the Food and Fiber Pavilion. Mimi's Luxury Lip Balms and Lotion Sticks were a big hit but the not so surprising hit of the fair was her Brown Sugar Body Scrub. Mimi was on hand demonstrating her products most days during the run of the fair. Mimi has already signed up for a return engagement at the 2010 State Fair.
